The Voice Artists, Bangladesh (Hereinafter called VAB) is a registered organization, bearing registration No. P 54646-2025, Government of Bangladesh, which was established for development of new kinds of collective management organizations (CMOs) for greater interest of Bangladesh.

The firm is working to increase awareness of the moral and financial rights of innovators, inventors, scientists, researchers, creators, artists, performers and youth entrepreneurs, particularly women, aged 28-35 in Bangladesh and to enhance their skills through appropriate training and capacity building.

It was designed by the trade secrets mechanisms of Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh. The main activities of VAB are to acquire national and global resources through the kinds of actions:

1. To develop intellectual property (IP) entrepreneurs, especially women entrepreneurs, aged 28-35 and helping them to create an Innovative Industrial Environment (IIE) in Bangladesh;

2. To assist the creators, writers, inventors for creation of world class intellectual asset(s) and its commercialization and industrialization in Bangladesh and beyond;

3. To encourage and assist the relevant government officials, business persons, inventors, innovators, creators, actors and performers to develop the new kinds of industries in Bangladesh;

4. To carry on the business as intellectual property services, voiceover services, training, research and capacity building activities to the relevant government institutions, research organizations or universities, chamber of commerce industries, associations and related institutions in Bangladesh;

5. To attain the business objectives, the VAB may enter into partnership, joint venture (JV), technology transfer and joint product or business development.
